Hebel-style interior wall systems are quick to install and facilitate NCC fire safety and acoustic compliance. Here are the basic steps for installing a lever mezzanine or partition system. These basic steps also apply to vertical installations of Hebel cladding Wall systems in corridors and manhole systems with cladding in high-rise apartment buildings, college dormitories, hotels, and commercial projects.
What is Hebel?

Unlike bricks, Hebel cladding panels require painting. It requires more maintenance than brick. Maintenance is crucial to keep the lever plate clean. Cracking can be a problem. Be careful when attaching heavy objects to the levers as they do not have the holding power of a brick wall.
Installation Process
Step 1 Install head and foot brackets.
Step 2 Measure ceiling exposure and cut the panel to size, if needed.
Step 3 Mix lever adhesive (or lever mortar) and apply to feet.
Step 4 Install levers power panel wall shell.
Step 5 Apply heels.
